Bio-YOUNG MIN KIM

I am an experienced real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in London, Ontario, since 2007. I specialize in the sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

During my career, I consistently received Awards. My extensive knowledge of the local market, combined with my strong communication and negotiation skills, allow me to guide my clients through the buying and selling process effectively.
I am dedicated to providing exceptional service and achieving the best results for my clients.

I am currently studying to obtain my appraisal certification and CCIM designation while working.

I graduated from ChungNam National University (Daejeon-S.Korea) and received my Master’s degree from USC (University of Southern California-LA, USA). When I moved to Canada, I went to UWO (University of Western Ontario) for a while, and studies Ontario Real Estate College for getting a Realtor Licence. Now I am registered in University of British Columbia for Appraiser Licence Courses.

I bring a diverse background to my work as a realtor, having previously worked as a researcher at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) and as a senior researcher at Korea Power Engineering Company (KOPEC) in Korea. In Canada, I also gained experience as a business owner, first with a fairly large convenience store and later with a wholesale business dealing in sports memorabilia.
